Lotte New York Palace

The suite was absolutely stunning! The views of St Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center were breathtaking. The luxurious interior, with a private internal elevator and crystal chandeliers, made me feel like royalty. The spacious living and dining areas were perfect for entertaining.

Personally, I found the mirrored dining room a bit too flashy for my taste.

the service was impeccable and the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations. the Spa & Wellness Centre was wonderful and we enjoyed a relaxing massage and beauty treatment. the room was beautifully decorated and we appreciated the exclusive advantages, including the steam room and private facilities. the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and the snacks were tasty.

We found that there were limited options available and the selection was not as varied as we had hoped.

We appreciated every detail about our great 6 nights stay here. Everything was great during our stay but disappointing aspect was too small bathroom.

During our Christmas stay, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and not overly done. One of the best things about the hotel was how quiet the rooms were, we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The location was also a key highlight, as it was conveniently located just a few blocks away from the subway. we enjoyed the complimentary wifi and the daily credit to the coffee shop.

We did experience some inconveniences. The wifi didn't work very well, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

Hotel's location and staff were perfect, had a really nice stay for the holidays. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had excellent dishes.

Located in the heart of a bustling area, you can't beat the proximity of the hotel to the famous St Patrick's Cathedral and other city attractions. Rooms are spacious and offer great amenities like a stocked bar and high-speed internet. The coffee service in the lobby is quick and enjoyable.

The constant construction noise during the day was a major drawback.

The hotel is big size and clean with a nice restaurant, I had a very nice stay. The staff were immensely pleasant, and the room was well-appointed with a fabulous view, clean glasses and free WiFi.

During our stay at Lotte New York Palace, we experienced really good service. When we had an issue with the automation system in our room, the maintenance team quickly resolved it with minimal disruption. We also enjoyed fine views of the skyline and appreciated the complementary shoe shine service. we had a wonderful experience at Lotte.

The place was perfectly clean and staff were professional, I loved prime location. 0.5 km from LaGuardia airport.

Hotel is fancy, with quick breakfast, and location is super just off theatres, all the fancy shops and Central Park. Manhattan district deserves to be explored.

Great location, centrally located, within walking distance to major attractions and shops. Beautifully furnished rooms, spacious and well-maintained. Home away from home atmosphere, cute and leisurely ambiance throughout the hotel.

The hotel was very fancy with perfectly appointed rooms and I liked amazingly efficient staff. The service was friendly in that venue. What's more, I had to pay usd 16 per 24 hours for internet access. Walking distance to stores and amazing stores across the street.

My room was spacious and had a amazing view of the city. The mini bar had everything I needed and more, including a wine fridge. The shoe shine and pressing services were completed promptly and to perfection. I'd recommend this experience to anyone.

As foreign tourists, my wife and I loved the spectacular views of Saint Patrick's Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, and the river from our room at Lotte New York Palace. The cocktail bar and breakfast rooms, located in the old mansion, were simply breathtaking. The beds were comfortable, the heating and cooling worked well, and there was very little noise from other rooms or the hallway. It truly made us feel like a part of the city even within the confines of our room.

I recently stayed at Lotte and it was fantastic! I was in NY for sightseeing and stayed for 4 nights. The location was perfect for exploring, with great subway links and walking distance to all the major attractions like Central Park and Broadway. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make my room exceptional, and the view of St Patricks church from my 16th floor room was lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel lounge had great drinks and the pastry shop, Pomme Palais, rivals the best in Paris. I'm already planning my return!

The hotel is luxurious with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathrooms are also quite large. During Christmas, the decorations and huge Christmas trees in the lobby and entrance create a magical atmosphere. The gym offers a fantastic view of St. Patrick's Cathedral and has a variety of workout machines. The location is perfect, only a short walk to Central Park and other main attractions. It's definitely a wonderful hotel for rich people or young holiday goers.

We had an amazing time during our stay at Lotte. It was our first trip to the city and we were delighted by the hotel's great location and helpful staff. The rooms were impeccably clean and my wife, who is very particular about cleanliness, was impressed. The views from our room were breathtaking and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The concierge even managed to get us into the Hyatt 51st floor lounge at the last minute, which was a delightful surprise. The staff at Lotte were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. it was the best hotel experience we've had in the city.

The location of this motel was excellent, nestled in a quiet residential area surrounded by a beautiful garden. It was so wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The convenience of the ferry being just a short walk away made exploring this city a breeze. The motel itself was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it provided a great contrast to uptown. It was in the heart of the city, close to transportation, St Patrick's Cathedral, and our college in NYC. The hotel was clean, with excellent facilities, and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we was like we were at home.

The first time I stayed, the staff helped with local delivery. This place suits me perfectly with everything I need. Locker room, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, fitness center. I keep coming back for business trips.

The breakfast at VILLARD restaurant was a divine experience, with a sumptuous farm-to-table spread that left my taste buds in awe. It was like having a Michelin-star meal to kickstart my day in the stunning Villard Mansion. The a la carte options were a delightful treat that made me feel like royalty.

Service at reception was inefficient.

Our family had a wonderful time at the iconic hotel in New York City, known for inspiring famous guests such as David Copperfield and Woody Allen. The spacious family suite provided breathtaking views of the cathedral, and the central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities in Central Park, such as sports, rowboating, and leisurely strolls.

My wife says that having a designated kids' play area would be a great addition for families with children.

Loved the luxurious Haestens beds and the cozy Trouble's Trust bar. The concierge team made my stay exceptional. Cons: Who needs a pool in a five-star hotel anyway? So outdated.
